TENDER DESCRIPTION
The feasibility study will be prepared in accordance with the framework content provided under Government Decision no. 907/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, regarding the stages of preparation and the framework content of the technical-economic documentation related to objectives/projects of investment financed from public funds. The feasibility study will analyze the existing situation and will provide substantiation and propose at least two different technical-economic scenarios/options, recommending, in a justified and documented manner, the optimal technical-economic scenario/option, in accordance with the objectives of the Buzău - Ialomița Flood Risk Management Plan, the Buzău - Ialomița River Basin Management Plan, and the vision of the EU Directives.
