TENDER DESCRIPTION

Design services, execution of works and equipment for the investment objective “Construction, equipping and arrangement of the Buftea Obstetrics-Gynecology Hospital and demolition of existing buildings (C1–C15), relocation of the oxygen station and relocation of the water utility”. The purchase value was set based on the general estimate of the investment objective, at the amount of 444,591,972.60 lei excluding V.A.T. The Ilfov County, through the Ilfov County Council, intends to build a hospital that meets all the requirements of the 21st century, the legal provisions and the specific technical requirements/standards, both internal and international, for such constructions—a hospital in which the airborne transmission of viruses or bacteria will not occur, and where medical activity will take place under the best possible conditions.
