TENDER DESCRIPTION

Design services, execution of works and equipment for the investment objective “Construction, equipping and arrangement of the Obstetrics-Gynecology Hospital in Buftea and demolition of existing buildings (C1–C15), relocation of the oxygen station and relocation of the water utility”. The value of the procurement was established based on the general estimate (devizul general) of the investment objective, at the amount of 444.591.972,60 lei exclusive of T.V.A. The Ilfov County, through the Ilfov County Council, intends to build a hospital that meets all the requirements of the 21st century, the legal provisions and the specific technical prescriptions/internal and international standards for such constructions, a hospital in which the airborne transmission of viruses or bacteria will not take place, and in which medical activity will be carried out under the best conditions.
