TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority operates within the national public order and security system, ensuring integrated management of the state border, in the field of managing the state border in order to improve the security capacity of the borders. The Romanian Border Police intends to purchase design services, the Feasibility Study phase, in order to establish the technical-economic indicators of the future investment objective. The contracting authority purchases the above-mentioned services in accordance with the requirements of the specification. The contracting authority will conclude a public services procurement contract, which will enter into force from the date of signature by the last party, until the conventional or legal exhaustion of any effect that it produces. The contract implementation period shall be 4 months from the date of signature by the last party. Total contract duration: 4 months, from the date of signature by the last party.
