Contracting of "Design services for phases: technical documentation for obtaining the Building Permit, Technical documentation for organizing the execution of the works, detailed technical design (execution design) and Technical assistance provided by the designer for the objective “Bypass variant for increasing accessibility in the urban area of the Municipality of Moreni”. The main objective of the contract is to ensure the successful implementation of the project: “Bypass variant for increasing accessibility in the urban area of the Municipality of Moreni”, from the point of view of the parameters of time, cost, quality and safety. By the scope of work no. 17599/03.08.2026, the design of a road is requested that will bypass the Municipality of Moreni through its southern part and a connection link (ramp) to DN72 that will take over both the through-traffic on the Târgoviște - Ploiești route and the heavy traffic generated by the industrial objectives in the city.
