The subject of the contract for “Design services (Preparation of the Technical Design, Execution Details, economic documentation and technical assistance provided by the designer) for the objective “Construction of a social shelter with 8 studio apartments in Târgoviște Municipality, Dâmbovița County”, which is to be awarded, consists in preparing the following documentation: Stage 1 (Preparation of the Technical Design) 1. The documentation required in order to obtain the approvals at the Technical Design stage, in accordance with the urban planning certificate; 2. Preparation of the technical-economic documentation, Technical Design stage requirements, required by the Urban Planning Certificate — technical documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works — D.T.A.C and technical documentation for authorizing the organization of work — D.T.O.E., prepared in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision no. 907/2016 regarding the stages of preparation and the framework content of the technical-economic documentation related to investment objectives/projects financed from public funds; 3.
