TENDER DESCRIPTION

Based on the services contract, services will be provided regarding the preparation of the following technical and economic documentation: ● Detailed Urban Plan (PUD); ● Feasibility Study (SF); ● Technical documentation necessary in order to obtain the opinions/approvals/authorizations requested through the Urbanism Certificate (as applicable); ● Technical Documentation for the Authorization for Execution of Construction Works (DTAC); ● Technical Documentation for the authorization of the Organization of Execution of Works (DTOE); ● Technical Design and Execution Details (PT+DE). ● Technical assistance on the part of the designer during the execution period of the works. By completing the procurement procedure, the signing of a services contract is pursued for the preparation of technical and economic documentation, in accordance with Article 1(2) of Government Decision no. 907/2016 regarding the stages of preparation and the framework content of the technical and economic documentation related to objectives/investment projects funded from public funds.
