TENDER DESCRIPTION

Based on the services contract, services will be provided for the preparation of the following technical-economic documentation: ● Detailed Urban Plan (PUD); ● Feasibility Study (SF); ● Technical documentation required in order to obtain the opinions/approvals/authorisations requested through the Urbanism Certificate (as applicable); ● Technical Documentation for the Authorisation to Carry Out Construction Works (DTAC); ● Technical Documentation for the authorisation of the Organisation of the Execution of the Works (DTOE); ● Technical Design and Execution Details (PT+DE). ● Technical assistance on the part of the designer during the execution period of the works. By completing the procurement procedure, the signing of a services contract is pursued for the preparation of technical-economic documentation, in accordance with Article 1, paragraph (2) of Government Decision No 907/2016 on the stages of preparation and the standard content of the technical-economic documentation related to the objectives/projects of investment financed from public funds.
