TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under the service contract, services will be provided regarding the preparation of the following techno-economic documentation: ● Detail Urban Plan (PUD); ● Feasibility Study (FS); ● Technical documentation required for obtaining the opinions / approvals / authorizations requested through the Urbanism Certificate (as applicable); ● Technical Documentation for the Authorization of the execution of Construction works (DTAC); ● Technical Documentation for the authorization of the Organization of the Execution of works (DTOE); ● Technical Project and Execution Details (PT+DE). ● Technical assistance from the designer during the execution period of the works. By completing the procurement procedure, the aim is to sign a service contract for the preparation of techno-economic documentation, according to art. 1, para. (2) of Government Decision no. 907/2016 regarding the stages of preparation and the framework content of techno-economic documentation related to the objectives/investment projects financed from public funds.
