TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract to be concluded will consist of the provision of design services for the stages PT+DDE+CS+DTAC, technical verification, technical assistance (TA) on the part of the designer during the execution of the works, and execution of works for the investment objective: “Energy rehabilitation of the Day Nursery with normal schedule no. 4, Oltenița municipality”, in accordance with the award documentation for this procurement. Any economic operator interested has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation. Insofar as requests for clarifications are received at least 18 days before the deadline set for submission of tenders, the contracting authority will clearly and fully reply to all such requests for clarification at least 11 days before the deadline set for submission of tenders.
