Design and specialized technical assistance services regarding the investment objective "CLUJ CONFERENCE AND CONGRESS CENTER" The subject of the service contract to be awarded consists of the development of design documentation in phases as follows: • Phase 0: Preliminary stage (Finalizing the design theme and the volumetric concept). • Phase 1: Preparation of Feasibility Study (F.S.) and Zonal Urban Plan (Z.U.P.), obtaining permits/agreements. • Phase 2: Preparation of Technical Documentation for the Authorization of Construction Works (A.C.W.) and Execution Organization (E.O.). • Phase 3: Preparation of Technical Project (T.P.), Specifications and Execution Details (E.D.). • Phase 4: Technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works and delivery of the “As-Built” documentation.
