TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract has as its subject design services and technical assistance on the part of the designer for the investment [EDUCATION AND RESEARCH SPACES FOR THE FACULTY OF ELECTRONICS, TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY] The activities covered by the contract are: - Identification and preparation of technical documentation for all permits and agreements requested through the Urbanism Certificate. - Preparation of the Technical Documentation for Authorization to Carry Out Construction Works (D.T.A.C.). - Preparation of the Project for the Organization of the Execution of Works (D.T.O.E.). - Preparation of the Documentation for the Approval of Intervention Works (D.A.L.I.), taking into account the state of the unfinished structural framework of the existing construction. - Preparation of the Technical Project (P.Th.), which will include all the written and drawn components necessary for execution, in accordance with H.G. no. 907/2016. - Preparation of the Details for Execution (D.E.), to ensure clear construction solutions for all specializations (Architecture, Structure, Installations). - The designer’s technical assistance during the execution of the works The contract…
