TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procedure aims to award a public procurement contract for works (design and execution): “CONSTRUCTION OF THE TRANSPORT DEPOT, BUFTEA TOWN, ILFOV COUNTY” For the implementation of this project, it is necessary to prepare the design documentation in the phases Technical Design (PT) + Project for Authorizing the Execution of Construction Works (P.A.C.) + Project for Organizing the Execution of Works (P.O.E.) + Execution Details (DE) + Specifications by specialty (CS) + Documentation for obtaining approvals, the designer’s technical assistance, technical review of the design and execution of the works, Energy audit upon completion of the works, “As built” at the end of the execution, Remediation of any defects that occur during the Guarantee Period.
