TENDER DESCRIPTION

Estimated value of 138.101.175,82 lei excluding VAT, of which: - the estimated value C + M 130.898.253,60 lei excluding VAT (of which 888.000,00 lei excluding VAT for construction works and installations related to site organization), to which is added the value of machinery, technological and functional equipment (cap. 4.3 of the general estimate) of 1.650.000,00 lei excluding VAT, as well as related expenses for site organization of 1.200.000,00 lei excluding VAT; - the estimated value for design services – 3.874.807,61 lei excluding VAT; - the estimated value for the designer’s technical assistance services – 478.114,61 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the contract to be awarded does not include the amount related to miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses, i.e., 27.385.221,12 lei excluding VAT, specified in the project budget (general estimate); these may be accessed, as the case may be, depending on needs, by amending the contract under the conditions provided for in Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions.
