TENDER DESCRIPTION

Estimated value of 138.101.175,82 lei without VAT, of which: - the estimated value of C + M 130.898.253,60 lei without VAT (of which 888.000,00 lei without VAT for construction works and installations related to site organization), to which is added the value of machinery, technological and functional equipment (cap. 4.3 of the general estimate) of 1.650.000,00 lei without VAT, as well as related expenses for site organization of 1.200.000,00 lei without VAT; - the estimated value for the design services – 3.874.807,61 lei without VAT; - the estimated value for the technical assistance services on the part of the designer – 478.114,61 lei without VAT. The estimated value of the contract to be awarded does not include the amount related to miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses, namely 27.385.221,12 lei without VAT, stated in the project budget (general estimate); these may be accessed, where applicable, depending on needs, by amending the contract under the conditions provided for in Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions.
