TENDER DESCRIPTION

Estimated value of 138,101,175.82 lei, excluding VAT, of which: - the estimated C + M value of 130,898,253.60 lei excluding VAT (of which 888,000.00 lei excluding VAT for construction works and related installations for the site organization), to which is added the value of machinery, technological and functional equipment (cap. 4.3 of the general estimate) of 1,650,000.00 lei excluding VAT, as well as related costs for the site organization of 1,200,000.00 lei excluding VAT; - the estimated value for design services – 3,874,807.61 lei excluding VAT; - the estimated value for technical assistance services provided by the designer – 478,114.61 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the contract to be awarded does not include the amount related to miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses, namely 27,385,221.12 lei excluding VAT, specified in the project budget (general estimate); these may be accessed, as the case may be, depending on needs, by amending the contract under the conditions provided for in Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions.
