TENDER DESCRIPTION

Estimated value: 138,101,175.82 lei, excluding VAT, of which: - the estimated C + M value: 130,898,253.60 lei, excluding VAT (of which 888,000.00 lei, excluding VAT for construction works and installations related to the site organization), to which is added the value of machinery, technological and functional equipment (sec. 4.3 of the general estimate) of 1,650,000.00 lei, excluding VAT, as well as related expenses for the site organization: 1,200,000.00 lei, excluding VAT; - the estimated value for the design services – 3,874,807.61 lei, excluding VAT; - the estimated value for the technical assistance services on the part of the designer – 478,114.61 lei, excluding VAT. The estimated value of the contract to be awarded does not include the amount related to various and unforeseen expenses, i.e. 27,385,221.12 lei, excluding VAT, specified in the project budget (general estimate), which may be accessed, as the case may be, depending on needs, by amending the contract under the conditions provided for in Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions.
