TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procedure aims to award a public works procurement contract (design and execution): “Lac Buftea Park”. To implement this project, the preparation of the design documentation is required in the following phases: Technical Project (PT) + Technical documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works (D.T.A.C.) + Project for the organization of the execution of the works (P.O.E.) + Execution details (DE) + Bills of quantities and specifications by specialty (CS) + Pre-measurement quantities and Bills of quantities, technical assistance from the designer, technical review of the design and execution of the works, remediation of any defects that may occur during the warranty period. Amending the public procurement contract, during its period of validity, may be carried out under the conditions provided for in Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016 and the provisions of the ANAP Instructions in force at the time the amendment is initiated.
