TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract resulting from this procedure consists of the design and execution of all works identified in the Documentation for the approval of intervention works, technical quality verification of the technical project and execution details and includes: 1. Preparation of documentation to obtain the approvals/agreements necessary for the issuance of the construction permit (for expired approvals and for which new documentation must be prepared); 2. Preparation of documentation for PAC and POE; 3. Preparation of Execution Technical Project (PT + DE, CS); 4. Technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works until final acceptance; 5. Verification of design documentation by certified project verifiers; 6. Energy Performance Certificate upon completion of works for buildings C1 and C2; 7. Technical construction book, project for monitoring the behavior of the construction over time, designer's opinion at final reception of works; 8. As Built documentation; 9. Documentation to obtain fire safety authorization; 10. Acquisition of all necessary materials and products, all machinery, means and equipment (including any lifting or handling machinery)…
