TENDER DESCRIPTION
Design services, technical verification, technical assistance provided by the designer during the execution of the works, and the execution of the construction-installation works related to the project “Energy Efficiency Upgrade for the Day Care Centre with Extended Program Floare de Colț”. The design, technical verification, technical assistance provided by the designer, and the execution of the construction-installation works for the investment objective “Energy Efficiency Upgrade for the Day Care Centre with Extended Program Floare de Colț” shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the specifications, the documentation for approving works for interventions approved by H.C.L. no. 37/25.01.2024, the tender, i.e. the technical proposal and the financial proposal, as well as with the contractual and legal provisions applicable in the field of designing and executing construction works. The duration for providing the design services and for the execution of the works is 12 months.
