TENDER DESCRIPTION
Design services, technical verification, technical assistance by the designer during the execution of the works, and the execution of the construction and installation works related to the project “Energy efficiency improvement for Alexandru Davila Secondary School - Building C1”. The design, technical verification, technical assistance by the designer and the execution of the construction and installation works for the investment objective “Energy efficiency improvement for Alexandru Davila Secondary School - Building C1” will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the specifications, the approval documentation for works requiring intervention approved by H.C.L. no. 38/25.01.2024, the tender, i.e. the technical proposal and the financial proposal, as well as with the contractual and legal provisions applicable in the field of design and execution of construction works. The duration for providing the design services and for the execution of the works is 12 months.
