Design services, technical verification, technical assistance from the designer and the execution of works for the investment objective “Energy efficiency improvement for Negru Vodă Secondary School” The design, technical verification, technical assistance from the designer and the execution of the construction-assembly works for the investment objective “Energy efficiency improvement for Negru Vodă Secondary School” will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the specifications, the approval documentation for intervention works approved by H.C.L. no. 40/25.01.2024, the tender, i.e. the technical proposal and the financial proposal, as well as with the contractual and legal provisions applicable in the field of design and execution of construction works. The duration of the design services and the execution of works is 12 months. The technical assistance from the designer is provided throughout the entire execution period of the works, until the handover/acceptance upon completion of the works without objections of the objective.
