Design services, technical verification, technical assistance from the designer and execution of works for the investment objective “Energy efficiency improvement for Secondary School Negru Vodă” The design, technical verification, technical assistance from the designer and execution of construction-installation assembly works for the investment objective “Energy efficiency improvement for Secondary School Negru Vodă” will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the specifications, the document approving the approval documentation for the works of intervention adopted by H.C.L. (Local Council Decision) no. 40/25.01.2024, the tender, i.e. the technical proposal and the financial proposal, as well as the contractual and legal provisions applicable in the field of design and execution of construction works. The duration of the design services and the execution of the works is 12 months. The technical assistance from the designer is ensured throughout the entire period of execution of the works, until the acceptance upon completion of the works without remarks for the objective.
