Design services, technical verification, technical assistance on the part of the designer and execution of the construction-and-installation works related to the basic investment within the project Energy Efficiency Improvement of the Technical College “Dimitrie Dima”: Building C1 and Sports Hall – Building C2 – SMIS 363255 This procedure is initiated subject to a suspensive clause The award/procurement procedure is initiated under the incidence of the suspensive clause, in the sense that the conclusion of the public procurement contract is conditioned upon the conclusion of the project funding contract “Energy Efficiency Improvement of the Technical College “Dimitrie Dima”: Building C1 and Sports Hall – Building C2 – SMIS 363255”, with the signing of the contract taking place in compliance with the provisions regarding the commitment of expenditure from budgets that fall under the legislation on public finances.
