TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the procurement is repair services for 3 NMV1000 RA type pumps, consisting of the following main activities: a) Major overhauls of the pumps, including ensuring spare parts that may be replaced as part of these repairs. The indicative list of the main spare parts is presented in Appendix 1.1 to the Specifications. b) Transport of pumps from CNE Cernavoda to the Contractor and back. The characteristics of the NMV 1000 RA pumps are presented in Section 6 of the Specifications of the procurement. The major repair services for the 3 NMV 1000 RA type pumps will be carried out in a staggered manner over a period of 48 months, according to a schedule agreed jointly between the Contractor and the CNE Cernavoda Branch of the Contracting Authority. The repair period for a pump is maximum 1 year from its receipt at the CNE Cernavoda site. If, upon commissioning of the pump, deficiencies are found that fall within the Contractor’s responsibility, these will be remedied by the Contractor at its own expense within a maximum of 2 months.
