TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns repair services for 3 NMV1000 RA type pumps, consisting of the following main activities: a) Major repairs of the pumps, including supplying spare parts that can be replaced within these repairs. The indicative list of main spare parts is presented in Annex 1.1 to the Specification. b) Transport of pumps from CNE Cernavoda to the Contractor and back. Characteristics of the NMV 1000 RA pumps are presented in chapter 6 of the procurement Specification. The major repair services for the 3 NMV 1000 RA pumps will be carried out staggered over a period of 48 months, according to a schedule agreed upon between the Contractor and the CNE Cernavoda Branch of the Purchaser. The repair period for one pump is a maximum of 1 year from its collection at the CNE Cernavoda headquarters. If at the commissioning of the pump deficiencies attributable to the Contractor are found, these will be remedied by the Contractor at its own expense, within a maximum period of 2 months.
