TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement is the procurement of specialized services for the selection and destruction of documents from the archive of the General Directorate of Taxes and Local Fees Sector 3, for an estimated volume of 5,000 linear meters of documents created in the period 2002-2020. The services covered by the procurement include, without limitation, the following activities: - analyzing the archival collection held by the contracting authority and identifying the documents whose retention period has expired, based on the approved archival nomenclature; - the actual selection of the documents and preparation of inventories and selection minutes/reports, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 16/1996; - preparation and submission of complete documentation to the County Directorate/City of Bucharest of the National Archives in order to obtain confirmation of the selection; - providing the necessary support in dealings with the National Archives during the approval process; - picking up, handling, and secure transport of the documents confirmed for disposal; - secure destruction (by shredding and/or incineration, as applicable) of the documents confirmed, with…
