TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to carry out the public procurement regarding the Supervision Services of the design and execution contract for the project "Strengthening and energy efficiency of building C16 – Pârscov - External Section of Buzău County Emergency Hospital", SMIS Code 318286. The award documentation was reported to the provisions of Government Decision no. 1/2018, for the approval of general and specific conditions for certain categories of procurement contracts related to investment objectives financed from public funds, Annex 2 General and specific conditions and the contractual agreement for design and execution contracts, which assumes the procurement of supervision services.
