TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supervision services for works related to the investment objective “Construction, organisation and equipping of a new Aquarium within the Museum Complex of Natural Sciences Constanța” The contractor/provider will act as a Supervisor (including through designated site supervisors) in accordance with the provisions of G.H. (HG) no. 1/2018 for the design-and-execution contract. The supervision services will be ensured by providing appropriately authorised personnel, by specialties, in order to comply with the provisions of the applicable legislation. The Supervisor will provide to the Contracting Authority and to the project implementation team technical assistance from an administrative standpoint (site handover, site visits, participation in decisive phases, verification of hidden works, acceptance upon completion of the works, etc.), technical assistance (compliance with the technical design as regards the working technology, the quality of the works and materials, fit within the execution programme, etc.) and financial assistance (certification of payments according to the progress of the works), specific to the Funding Contract and to the applicable legislation.
