TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supervision services for the works related to the investment objective “Construction, arrangement and equipping of a new Aquarium within the Constanța Complex of the Museum of Natural Sciences” The contractor shall act as the Supervisor (including through the appointed site supervisors) in accordance with the provisions of H.G. no. 1/2018 for the design-and-execution contract. The supervision services shall be ensured by providing appropriately authorized personnel, by specialties, in order to comply with the provisions of the applicable legislation. The Supervisor shall provide the Contracting Authority and the project implementation team with technical assistance from an administrative standpoint (handing over the site, site visits, participation in decisive phases, verification of hidden works, taking-over upon completion of the works, etc.), technical assistance (compliance with the technical design as regards the work technology, quality of the works and of the materials, fitting into the execution schedule, etc.) and financial assistance (certification of payments depending on the progress of the works), specific to the Financing Contract and to the applicable…
