TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this Services Contract is the provision of high-quality supervision services, both during the works execution period and throughout the works warranty period, in order to ensure the correct use of the available funds and to ensure that the Contractor carries out the works in accordance with the contractual obligations, in particular with regard to the duration, quantity, quality and cost of the works. The Consultant will have the role of Supervisor in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Conditions “Execution of Expressway Road Works Arad – Oradea Lot 1”, respectively the general and specific conditions for certain categories of procurement contracts relating to the investment objectives financed from public funds, approved by Government Decision no. 1/10.01.2018 with subsequent amendments and additions.
