TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of this Services Contract is the provision of high-quality supervision services, both during the period of execution of the works and throughout the warranty period of the works, in order to ensure the correct use of the available funds and to ensure that the Contractor carries out the works in accordance with the contractual obligations, in particular with regard to the duration, quantity, quality, and cost of the works. The Consultant will have the role of Supervisor in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Conditions ,,Execution of Expressway Road Works Arad – Oradea Lot 1”, i.e. the general and specific conditions for certain categories of procurement contracts related to the investment objectives financed from public funds, approved by H.G. no. 1/10.01.2018, with subsequent amendments and additions.
