II.2.4 Description of the public procurement (nature and quantity of works, products or services or a mention of the needs and requirements) The subject of this Services Contract is the provision of high-quality supervision services, both during the works execution period and throughout the works warranty period, in order to ensure the correct use of the available funds and to ensure that the Contractor designs (promptly, where applicable) and executes the works in accordance with the contractual obligations, in particular with regard to the duration, quantity, quality and cost of the design and the works.
