II.2.4 Description of the public procurement (nature and quantity of works, products or services or a reference to needs and requirements) The subject of this Service Contract is the provision of high-quality supervision services, both during the execution period of the works and throughout the warranty period of the works, in order to monitor the correct use of the available funds and to ensure that the Contractor designs (specifically, where applicable) and executes the works in accordance with contractual obligations, especially regarding duration, quantity, quality, and cost of the design and works.
