TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement is necessary to ensure supervision services for the execution of works related to the investment objective Design and execution “MODERNIZATION OF ROADS – NARCISELOR STREET, UAT – Mun.Brașov”, in order to appropriately implement the design and execution contract, while complying with the legal, technical and quality requirements applicable to the investment. The provision of technical assistance services will have 2 components: • Site management (construction site supervision) and • Supervision • Within the Site Management Services, as the representative of the investor, it contributes to the approval of the design documentation and the execution of the construction works and the installations related thereto, complying with quality requirements and fitting within the deadlines and values established in the execution contract, and performs its duties during the following periods: - preparation for work execution; - execution of works; - acceptance upon completion of the works; - after acceptance upon completion of the works until final acceptance; Also, the provider shall ensure the following services: - approval of materials, equipment, technologies…
