TENDER DESCRIPTION

The acquisition is necessary to ensure supervision services for the execution of works related to the investment objective Design and execution “MODERNIZATION OF STREETS – NARCISELOR STREET, UAT – Mun.Brașov”, in order to implement the design-and-execution contract appropriately, while complying with the applicable legal, technical and quality requirements for the investment. The provision of technical assistance services will have 2 components: • Site supervision (Construction Management) and • Supervision • Within the Site Supervision Services, as the investor’s representative, it contributes to the approval of the design documentation and the performance of the construction works and the related installations, while meeting quality requirements and fitting within the deadlines and values established in the execution contract, and performs its responsibilities during the following periods: - preparation for the execution of works; - execution of works; - acceptance upon completion of the works; - after acceptance upon completion of the works until final acceptance; The provider will also ensure the following services: - approval of materials, equipment,…
