TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement is necessary to ensure supervision services for the execution of works related to the investment objective “Construction of a Clinical Hospital for Pneumophtiziology and Infectious Diseases, Brașov”, for the proper implementation of the design and execution contract, with compliance with the legal, technical and quality requirements applicable to the investment. For the implementation of the project, the Municipality of Brașov concluded with the Ministry of Investments and European Projects the Financing Contract no. 53264/29.04.2026 related to the project “Construction of a Clinical Hospital for Pneumophtiziology and Infectious Diseases, Brașov”, MySMIS2021 code 359527. By carrying out this procurement, the contracting of the services required for monitoring and supervising the execution of works is ensured, contributing to the implementation of the funded project and to achieving the objectives assumed through the financing contract.
