TENDER DESCRIPTION

The acquisition is necessary to ensure supervision services for the execution of works related to the investment objective "Construction of Clinical Hospital of Pneumophtisiology and Infectious Diseases, Brașov", in order to properly implement the design and execution contract, complying with the legal, technical, and quality requirements applicable to the investment. For the implementation of the project, the Municipality of Brașov has concluded with the Ministry of Investments and European Projects the Financing Contract no. 53264/29.04.2026 related to the project "Construction of Clinical Hospital of Pneumophtisiology and Infectious Diseases, Brașov", MySMIS2021 code 359527. By carrying out this acquisition, the contracting of services necessary for monitoring and supervising the execution of the works is ensured, contributing to the implementation of the financed project and to achieving the objectives assumed by the financing contract.
