TENDER DESCRIPTION

The winning tenderer will have the role of Supervisor for all works related to the investment objective "CLUJ EMERGENCY CHILDREN'S CLINICAL HOSPITAL-NAPOCA", namely the general and specific conditions for certain categories of procurement contracts related to investment objectives financed from public funds, approved by H.G. (Government Decision) no. 1/2018, with subsequent amendments and additions, hereinafter referred to as the Conditions of Works Contracts. The Supervisor has the obligation to perform any other activity, not defined below, which is necessary and implied as resulting, directly or indirectly, from the activities, tasks, obligations and responsibilities specified in this Specification Document, in the Services Contract Conditions and in accordance with the applicable legislation, so that the Investment Project is completed within the time, cost and quality parameters accepted by the Beneficiary.
