TENDER DESCRIPTION

The successful tenderer will have the role of Supervisor for all works related to the achievement of the investment objective EMERGENCY CLINICAL HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN CLUJ-NAPOCA", i.e., the general and specific conditions for certain categories of procurement contracts related to investment objectives financed from public funds, approved by H.G. no. 1/2018 with subsequent amendments and additions, hereinafter referred to as the Conditions of Construction Contracts. The Supervisor is obliged to carry out any other activity, not defined below, which is necessary and implicitly understood as resulting, directly or indirectly, from the activities, tasks, obligations and responsibilities specified in these Specifications, under the Services Contract and in accordance with the applicable legislation, so that the Investment Project is completed within the time, cost and quality parameters accepted by the Beneficiary. The Contracting Authority cannot be considered responsible for the explicit failure to specify any activity or task necessary to complete the Supervisor’s service.
