TENDER DESCRIPTION

The international passenger air transport services intended to be purchased consist, briefly, of carrying out the following activities: - fulfilling all requests concerning international passenger air transport by providing airplane tickets in accordance with the requests in the invitation to participate in the re-tendering procedure, regardless of destination, the travel classes ordered and the number of persons who carry out the travel as well as the documents requested in the procurement data file. - keeping the reservation until the time the tickets are issued; - a dedicated telephone line for emergencies, accessible from any national/international location, for urgent requests and enquiries regarding trips made outside the usual working schedule, available continuously (24 hours/day, 7 days/week), with a response/call time of maximum 2 minutes; The Contractor shall ensure that it has a communication system and performs calls, accesses databases, prepares reports and monitors activity, including functions that allow measuring the response time for each received call; - ensuring that travel is carried out using the fastest and most economical means of travel, taking into…
