TENDER DESCRIPTION

It is necessary to purchase transport services to carry out a total maximum number of 1,893,578 road bus-km, of which a maximum of 1,793,578 road bus-km for trips included in the transport schedule and a maximum of 100,000 road bus-km for additional trips, for a period of 364 days. The quantities represent the maximum limits of the contract; the contracting entity is not obliged to consume the maximum quantity in full, with payment made exclusively for the services actually provided and accepted. Based on the analysis carried out, in order to provide the service, a fleet of at least 17 buses/coaches is required, of which 15 vehicles are needed to carry out the transport schedule and 2 are reserve vehicles. Each vehicle must have at least 50 passenger seats, without including the seat of the driver, resulting in a minimum total capacity of 850 seats for the 17 vehicles. Of these, at least 3 vehicles must be accessible to persons with reduced mobility (PRM), in accordance with the Specifications.
