TENDER DESCRIPTION

The fortress for which the PUZ and related RLU urban documentation is requested covers an area of 812,101 sqm, owned by the Municipality of Arad, with administrative rights held by the Local Council of the Municipality of Arad, and the Romanian State (93 sqm, with administrative rights held by STS). The investment beneficiary aims to valorize the potential that the Arad Fortress Complex has. In this way, it is possible to respond to all the interests that a developed urban space can offer to the general public. Improving the quality of the environment can be conceived, on the one hand, through the improvement of the land structure. The improvement of the quality of life can be achieved by rehabilitating and repurposing this area, with modern, current architecture, with new zones. The "architectural cleanliness" of the space brings a positive contribution to increasing the quality of life.
