TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the framework agreement consists in the contracting party’s procurement of the “integrated facility management services” to be carried out in the building assets and land where the Beneficiary carries out its activity in the counties of: ARGES, DOLJ, OLT, GORJ, VALCEA, MEHEDINTI, TELEORMAN and the city of BUCURESTI. Details regarding the identification of the buildings and their areas, expressed in sq m, which will be managed by the selected Contractor (starting on 01.04.2027, these are those shown in the annexes to the specification documents. (Annex No. 1 and Annex No. 2). The main services to be provided, but without being limited to these, are the following and are set out in Section 3 of the Specification Documents: 1. MANAGEMENT OF UTILITIES (contracts, costs, reporting) 2. CLEANING SERVICES IN ADMINISTRATIVE AND ENERGY BUILDINGS 3. REPAIRS, MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND ENERGY BUILDINGS The value of the largest subsequent contract is 7.602.698,85 (lei excluding VAT).
