TENDER DESCRIPTION

The minimum and maximum estimated quantities are those set out in the Tender Book (Caietul de sarcini) and in Annex No. 2 – Quantities. The estimated value of the largest annual subsequent contract expected to be awarded during the framework agreement: RON 1,694,557.38 excluding VAT. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement: in accordance with Annex No. 2 – Quantities. Indicative calendar regarding the frequency and value of the subsequent contracts to be awarded: the subsequent contracts will be awarded according to the actual needs of the contracting authority, the preventive maintenance frequencies provided in the Tender Book (Caietul de sarcini), the estimated minimum and maximum quantities, as well as the approved budget funds. They may be awarded monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or whenever necessary to ensure continuity of the services, within the limits of the framework agreement.
