TENDER DESCRIPTION
Oracle license support services according to the requirements in the specifications Any economic operator may request clarifications regarding the award documentation up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers established in the participation notice, and the consolidated response to these will be published in SEAP in the same section, on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, the contracting authority not being obliged to respond to requests submitted by any other means of communication than those established or sent after this date.
