TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority intends to purchase services for organising the Bucharest Christmas Market 2026 (Bucharest Christmas Market, 19th edition), which takes place in Constitution Square in the Municipality of Bucharest in the period 27.11.2026 – 27.12.2026. The Provider organises the market as a single, unified whole, based on the layout plan made available by the Contracting Authority. The design of the layout belongs to the Provider, which integrates the Contracting Authority’s goods and its own elements, coordinates all teams, resources and activities, and is responsible for the organisation of a fully set up, functional and safe market. The main elements of the market are the property of the Contracting Authority and are stored in the Arteca warehouse, Jilava commune, Șoseaua Giurgiului no. 33A, Ilfov county. The Provider takes over these elements from the warehouse based on a handover-acceptance report (process-verbal de predare-primire), checks them, repairs them, repaints them and completes them where necessary, and then transports them to the installation site.
