TENDER DESCRIPTION

By awarding this contract, the contracting authority intends to procure leachate management services from the Pata Rât waste disposal site, including its removal. The Contracting Authority/does not impose any specific technology, construction method or on-site treatment/removal procedure. Bidders may propose any technical solution (in-situ treatment with their own installations, transport and removal at externally authorized external wastewater treatment plants, etc.), provided that it is fully legal and guarantees the complete and safe disposal of the leachate volumes delivered through the meter. Mandatory Performance Indicators (Result Requirements) Regardless of the chosen solution, the Bidder assumes full responsibility that the final effluent (water produced or discharged) falls strictly within the legal limits imposed by the Romanian environmental legislation: • In the case of discharge into natural receiving bodies (soil/river): the qualitative parameters of the discharged water must fully comply with NTPA-001. • Management of secondary waste: If the proposed technology generates concentrated by-products or hazardous sludges, the Bidder is directly responsible for…
