TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the design, development, implementation and commissioning of ANAD’s Digital Public Services Platform, a unitary and interdependent software solution, composed of modules that communicate directly and in real time with each other, with a single approach including for analysis, development, testing, implementation, training and technical support after implementation. The following specific objectives will be pursued through this procurement: • analysis and design of the information system, with documentation of the technical and functional architecture; • development, configuration and integration of the software modules, with electronic workflows and electronic document management, including workflow(s) for operations on documents (signing, approval, allocation); • development of the public portal and the electronic registry, as well as a mobile application; • implementation of a virtual assistant (chatbot) and components of artificial intelligence/machine learning, with support for the Romanian language, including for the automatic identification of similar cases; • provision, delivery, installation and configuration of the associated hardware…
