TENDER DESCRIPTION

Services consisting of work for the preparation, review and updating of the Consolidated General Inventory of assets, rights and obligations that make up the assets of the following entities, whatever their nature and the title of acquisition or use: a) The Consolidated Inventory of the Diputació de Lleida. b) The Inventory of the Organisme Autònom de Gestió i Recaptació de Tributs Locals (OAGRTL). c) The Inventory of the Institut d'Estudis Ilerdencs (IEI). d) The Inventory of the Patronat de Promoció Econòmica (PROMECO). e) The Inventory of the Patronat de Turisme. Performance of the contract includes the following work, in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Specifications Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas: 1. Carry out prior research to gather information relating to the assets and rights, except for those that the Diputació de Lleida and its autonomous bodies already have. This part includes the consultation of information and documentation in registers, archives, land registry records (catastro), etc. 2.
